I like the way it looks. I like the way it feels and it feels pretty heavy duty. I have a ten pound dog that doesn't really pull hard on a leash. However, I have been through 4 different retractable leashes that always break. Usually, the retracting mechanism fails. I'm hoping that this one will last.
Bowl will come in handy on trips. The leash appears to be strong enough for the dog I purchased it for. It is for an 11-13 lb chiweenie named Itzy. If I could have one thing on this retractable leash that most do not have so it is not just yours. It would be nice to have about 1 ft of the leash at the end be made out of strong twisted metal - hard to explain. It would help me because my dog will reach around and grab the part of the leash that is attached to his collar and starts to chew on it. I am very happy with your basic guarantee. I definitely think that is great and I would never ask for a replacement if the problem was my dog and not the product. I have always respected honesty and truth.
Love the leash with detachable light and bags. The only problem is that the bags provided were so thin they broke through. I understand that this is a sample but still...I changed the bags out and no problem now
This leash seems really sturdy and has a great locking mechanism. My dog weighs about 45 pounds and always takes off at a full sprint. The leash has held up well so far. The lock is smooth and easy to use. My hand is a bit small for the handle, but it's not terribly uncomfortable. Overall definitely a happy customer.
I installed this large cat door in one of my garage doors by tracing the pattern on the garage door and cutting the pattern out with a jig saw. Since my garage doors are aluminum with styrofoam backing I did not use the included screws. Instead, I used four long bolts through the garage door to mount the front of the cat door to the back of the cat door with the garage door in the middle. Four nuts on the bolts provided a very secure mounting. At first, our cat did not want to use the cat door. But after shoving his fat butt through the door a few times he got the idea. Now, he uses his door to go in and out of the garage with the garage door fully closed. I like the magnet in the cat door that keeps the cat door shut until the cat pushes against it. Since our cat is an outside cat and sleeps in the garage, his sleeping quarters are now much warmer since we now keep the garage doors fully closed. I should have bought this cat door when we first inherited our cat.
I walk my dogs everyday at the beach so I was looking for a retractable dual leash. My dogs tend to pull on their leashes and also tend to get tangled so I bought this leash hoping it would make life a little easier when walking them. I hoped this would help a little bit but didn't have big expectations. This dual leash has surpassed what I hoped! I love this leash, and it makes life so much earlier! It doesn't get tangled and it locks very easily for me. Thank you dual doggie! This makes walking more fun for my fluffy girls and I!
I really wanted a retractable leash that would hold the poop bags. This turned out perfectly. Plus it's a great price. The bags it comes with are REALLY thin, but at least it comes with them.

great leash I have a female Brittany who weighs in at 52 lbs who is a puller, we walk 3 miles twice a day and this leash helps me control her.

I've been using this for a couple weeks and it works great. I haven't had any issues with the leash. My dog is a 45lbs English bulldog.

Received the cate mate at last, I would say the courier from Aust Post were behind over the Xmas period.
This is a great leash as it holds a poop bag dispenser but the real bonus is the attached flashlight so if you walk at night it leaves a hand free.
