It arrived on time and was in great packaging. I bought this for my client. The reviews were right one of the leads stopped retracting 4inches short of retracting all the way. This was on our fourth walk. It was great not getting tangled.
Our rescue pit bull mix has been a challenge with leash training. This product has been great. It's comfortable in your hand and when in it's locked position it holds very well when other retractable leashes have failed miserably.
Great product with many additions. light and baggy holder are great to have. The fabric cable is smooth, but snags sometimes when retracting quickly. I small re-extension fixes the snag, but occurs sometimes. Overall, love the offerings and price.
These are the best dog doors around, I've owned them for years and they just keep on working great. I would definitely buy another one and recommend them to friends and neighbors.
i have two chihuahuas and this thing is EXACTLY what I was looking for. The zip is relatively short which is what I wanted - they don't need more than 10 feet for a walk. You do have to learn how to use the leash - requires some effort on your part to keep the leashes straight, but once you get it it becomes second nature and requires minimal work.
