Lightweight, handle fits my hand perfectly, smooth retraction, good lock/release mechanism. The only negative is that it is somewhat noisy when spooling in or out. But it is much safer than the old round leash lines that could easily cut your fingers!
I have probably owned every type of leash made and this is by far the best. Honestly, the day these arrived I packed up 15-20 other leashes and took them all to the local rescue for donation. There is a reason trainers, police, etc use leather for their leashes. It just feels perfect in your hand. These are pricey compared to getting a $5 nylon leash from Walmart, but worth every penny. Make the investment, you wont regret it!
This leash was a very comfortable grip and makes our walks great. Would e recommend to all. Update this item can stick and you unable to lock and unlock when need after several weeks of use.
I bought this for my 20 pound pug, Gladys. It came exactly as described. It works well. I would probably not advise using it for much bigger dogs. For the price, it is fantastic!
we modified the door to fit through a brick wall because the door is metal - so the inside of the walls is lined with wood and the frame works nicely with that. love the magnetic closure and now that the dogs have gotten used to it, they love it!
This leash is very nice. It feels very comfortable in your hand. It feels like very high quality and I havent noticed it tangling yet! So very awesome least. I would highly recommend this one
This was exactly what I was looking for. My 10lb Chihuahua terrier mix likes to really tug on the leash and this leash can definitely handle it! The lock mechanism is easy to use and I like that the clasp is metal. I'd definitely recommend this if you're looking for a leash that locks and a the handle is not very heavy at all.

Best retractable leash I have ever had! It is the right balance and not as heavy as others, and works beautifully! I love it!
