So far it does its job and it does it well! It feels and looks like a much higher quality product than most other retractable leashes out there's a big gripe I have with other leashes. It's easy to use and my dog loves it! I'll update if things change, but otherwise the leash is very good.
We are moving to a new house and our cats will have their potty boxes in the garage. Hold the stud pieces in place with screws through the wall board. Remove all insulation and paper and finally drill holes through the corners to locate where to put the template on the house interior wall. Use the template and cut hole on interior wall. Install door on interior wall and trim piece on garage side. Screw heads should be covered.
I loved the construction of the leash but I have 2 small dogs and need something a little smaller. I work with someone who just got a new Great Dane puppy and she bought this from me. She absolutely loves it and the ease in which it works, not to mention the great price.
I have only had the dog leash for about a week, and so far I am very happy with it. It is comfortable to hold, and the braking feature works easily. It has the feel of being well made and durable. I like it much better than other retractable leashes that I have had and look forward to using it for my little Havanese for a long time!
I like it but I didn't realize it would be so big. It's a little big for my pup right now but I think he'll grow into it. I didn't see a small so I just ordered the medium.
This works great for my stubborn English Bulldog. It has been great for long walks where I can have her walk at her own pace without either of us breaking stride. It is well made and super sturdy. My pup is at 50+ lbs and it holds up with ease when she tugs or wants to chase rabbits and birds. I love that the control button is so well placed and friendly on the thumb. I've used it for walks of over an hour and was pleased to note that neither my wrist nor my shoulder hurt!
The door is huge, but that is what i needed. looks nice as I have one on my door from house to garage than garage to out doors, I have not had any problems as some have said with drafts. The screws I just replaced with metal since a large dog will be going in and out. Over all I am very pleased with this purchase. We had no problems with the install directions were pretty easy to follow.

The leash seems to work well and has a nice grip. We will get more practice using it going to the ocean soon. I like the ribbon instead of a cord.
