We love the leash(es). We bought two of them, for both of our dogs. They love them too! One dog is bigger than the other, and she pulls a lot when she sees other dogs, and this leash does a good job of controlling her. They are very smooth and easy to retract.
Good for the price but upon opening it it doesnt look like it will last long. The rubber over the weak stitches do not stay in place and slide down the leash allowing the seems to be pulled on. If your dogs aren't pullers it's a steal!
Genius idea. However the bag holder and flashlight are a bit loose, and can come out of place easily. This is my second leash. I lost the flashlight on the first one and had to order a new one. Wish they had a replacement flashlight. Other than that, I am very happy with the leash. It's light and very strong.
This leash is very high quality and is not available in the 6 foot length in leather at other pet stores in our area. It shipped quickly and I am very satisfied! !!

This is a great retractable dog leash. I am thrilled it has lasted so long. Most break within a very short time as my 50# dog likes to play so he lunges and pulls and the retractor device on other brands is broken quickly. This has not happened with this leash. He also likes to bite on the leash but he has not been able to bite through this nylon - it doesn't even look worn. I am very pleased with this retractable dog leash.

I can't speak to the longevity of the leash, but, first time out Lola took it to the end and she came to an abrupt halt. The leash held and Lola was none the worse for wear. The leash's action is very smooth. My only criticism would be that it is a little on the heavy side. But it does appear that it will be durable. Would buy again if it holds up for a long time. Lola is close to 30 lbs.
