this Heavy Duty Retractable Dog Leash With Anti-Slip Handle is the real deal, i dont think i could have gotten this high of quality from a petstore. amazing durable product and the buttons are so easy and effective to use when you want to stop a wandering dog!
Installed for about a year. Reasonably easy to install in a door. Still working fine. However, one of my cats has now learned to open the door from the inside when its on the 'in-only' setting. That's only a problem when we're out for the evening and aren't there to fully lock the door when he comes in.
I bought a smaller version of this one and installed it. Our male cat had no problem with it. His sister, however, had to drag herself though. She is considerably heavier. I then bought this larger door. She gets though easier but still is big for it. The doors themselves work well and are reasonably easy to install.
Very happy with the new leash I purchased for my elderly shih tzu! I wanted the ribbon style and this one was very affordable and fits my hand well. I would recommend and will purchase another if needed.
Works great for our 55lb husky puppy, who has ripped some other leashes. The leash itself is heavier in weight than I expected, but the puppy pulling really makes it feel weightless...
I like the contrast in the coloring. The handle is very comfortable but not too heavy. It has reflective stitching on it but I have not been able to see yet how reflective it is. The tape retracts easily and goes into the receptacle flat even if the tape has a few twists in it. The brake is one touch, though I didn't realize it at first and it is a nice feature. It unlocks easily. It is quiet and my lab did not mind it. It is easy to attach and detach from the collar.It seems to be sturdy, but I will have to see how it holds up with repeated use over the next few months.
I have 3 adorable beagles that I walk almost every day. And yes, they are a handful sometimes - especially one of my girls. I have her and her 'aunt' together on a 'Y' and have always used a retractable leash. Because Sophie pulls relentlessly, this can be an issue and I have gone through leashes pretty quickly. Also, I have found that the button to hold/release the leash can be a little tricky to operate with every retractable leash I've ever had - EXCEPT THIS ONE! This leash is a breeze to operate! The button is easy to hold and release - what a pleasure! That's been the biggest issue for me. So far, I'm very pleased with it's simple design and operation. Definitely recommend!
I am using this leash to walk my 25 pound dog. I have purchased other leashes but were not satisfied. Within a very few days they were totally pulled out. This leash has been great with walking my dog. It rewinds without any problem and never get tangled. I am so far very pleased with it.
I absolutely love this leash. I had a standard 6 ft one and my pup would always get tangled and I felt she didn't have a lot of freedom to roam around. I was slightly scared I wouldn't be able to control the buttons since I have fairly small hands, but it's so easy to use and fits perfecy in my hand. So glad I bought this!
