I've have been looking for a good quality leather leash for some time, I've been unsuccessful in my search. I have two small/ medium dogs that I recused a year and a half ago. Before I purchased the Lavien leash they have seven leashes between them, I'm not happy with any of them. I decided to purchase the Lavien leash figuring what did I have to loose. So glad I made the purchase, I've been using them for almost two weeks. I Love them, the leather is a high quailty so very soft and comfortable in your hand. I would highly recommend this leash to everyone.
This is one of the best leases we have had over many years of using different brands. Hope it lasts.We have a 70 lbs. dog and it works great for her. The mechanism works very smoothly and quickly. The lock hold well and it retracts smoothly.
Love it ! Have an English Bull that sometimes pulls and gets a mind of her own, well often, not sometimes. She weighs 38 lbs, and is all muscle, could have gotten a Medium, but the way she often pulls, feel very secure with the large. I thought my previous leash was the best, however I lost it! Got this leash for large dogs. It has great "holding" power, She has to pull harder, and I don't worry about her breaking the mechanism of leash. It can be adjusted to hold at a certain distance, or let it go all the way out. yet she stays secure with me! Handle fits good on your hand, and buttons are easy to push.
I shopped around for days looking for a leather dog leash and "settled" on this one. It's incredible. It has soft supple leather(easy on hands), stretches a TINY bit if your dog pulls super hard so its not an instant jolt, and looks superb. I never thought I'd receive compliments on a dog leash but I have.
Great for the price. I have a 95lb German Shepard mix who is a intense puller. This leash attached to his easy walk keeps him in place with flexibility for movement. NIce smooth rotation, easy on the hands, and not too large or bulky. Very versatile leash.
So far, so good. We have a Great Pyrennes mix and she needs a study leash. Locking mechanism is easy to use. Only improvement I can see would be a way to attach a poop bag dispenser to make it more convenient. Right now we attached one with a tie wrap. Would recommend.
Good quality, exactly as advertised. It's a little bigger than I expected, but quickly got used to it.

Just right size and weight for Chihuahuas.

When it first arrived it looked kinda big but its pretty cool ive been having it for over a year and it works like new
Great for walking my two doggies when I don't have hubby to help. Using separate leashes is such a hassle!
My dog is 70 lbs and breaks most leashes. I love this leash! It had a strong cord and is a beefy leash.
