I hike many miles with my lab pup and this gives her just the right amount of freedom and me piece of mind. The leash is sturdy and easy to use. I highly recommend!
This Retractable Dog Leash has everything you need for walking your dog. The built-in bag dispenser is the main feature that we needed that attracted us to this product. The built in flashlight was a bonus.We have been very happy using it since it arrived. We were please that the bag dispenser was full and we could get started immediately.It has a nice flow with the retractable leash, but you have to be careful if your dog does a lot of back and forth causing twisting of the leash.The locking mechanism is very easy to use.Overall a very good product.
This lease is awesome! it is almost a 1/4 inch thick, oh and the smell of leather, as I open the bag the leash came in, was amazing! Here it is two weeks later and i can still smell the new leather smell as i walk past the leash.The leash handles well, looks great and seems to be sturdy enough when walking our 70lbs lab!this is the kind of leash i have been looking for for years and finally found it.
I tested this retractable leash and I found I really like it a lot. I love the nylon ribbon instead of a cord. It is nice and long and unlike others that I e used you can lock it all the way up to the clip, so you can make it as long or short as you want. Where as corded ones are limited to how short they can go. Only trouble I've had is getting used the the lock. But I think that maybe more me than the lock.
I've only used it twice but the leash is very smooth, I have a large dog and sometimes he wants to get further ahead.The leash is sturdy and I like the locking mechanism button is large and easy to click on and off..So far I'm very please
My one dog (husky lab mix on the left) is the absolute worst on a leash. We have tried multiple different harnesses and collars. Nothing worked on her pulling. She is such a good dog, but she gets on a leash and thinks we are hunting. Someone suggested a dual leash and it was a life saver! My two over 70 lbs dogs did so great with it. I highly recommend.
I have been through 4 different leashes for our small (22lb) dog. None of them held up to normal use past 4 months. I have now had this leash for almost 6 months and it is still working great. One of the unusual features is the constant leash pressure. Most leashes increase the 'pull weight' the further out the leash is pulled. I'm not sure how they engineered it, but the 'pull pressure' remains constant for the entire length of the leash, and it comfortably rewinds even at the max length. Even though we use the leash every day it is still working like new. I don't anticipate buying another leash anytime soon, but if I did, it would definitely be from this company. The only thing that could be even slightly improved is the thumb lock. Occasionally it requires a couple of pushes before it releases. The durability and ease of use make that a very minor issue for me.
Love the leash. Found that on hot days with sweaty hands the brown due came off somewhat in my hands. This doesn't diminish the quality and craftsmanship of the product.
