It works great. Cats used it quickly without too much hesitation. Needed to buy longer screws but easy to install. 4 stars just because I had to purchase longer screws.
Great product! Leash is very sturdy and the bowl is an added plus since we travel a bit and seem to always leave the travel bowl at home. This collapsible one is great! Leash is just right for a 20 pound dog.
The door yes, perfect. getting a cat to use the door is another story. Had to tie door open with a piece of string to the doorknob for around a month. Then hanging a washcloth over the opening to get them used to pushing a washcloth with their head. Then I was able for them to use the door. Had to pull the magnet off way too strong for my cat although after being use to it they might be able to power through it now. Would absolutely buy again..
I have a 90 pound german shepherd mix that went through 7 retractable leashes in a 7 days period until I found this one. I have had mine for 6 months and it's still going strong I just ordered another one on the small chance that something does happen I have a back up.....love it!
I love this leash more than any other leash I have ever had! It is multi-functional and it works really well! Here are some positives:1. The retractable leash is really sturdy and "clicking" into place is really easy and stays put well. It is also easy to "unclick"2. the light is removable, if you don't want the bulk3. the light is really strong, we don't have street lights by my house and this makes me feel much more secure at night4. the doodoo bag holder in really convenient and is also removable.For us this leash is perfect, really impressed!
This is the best retractable leash I have ever owned. It fits beautifully in my hand and I can control it with just one hand. The company is very prompt in answering questions and very helpful.
Love this leash! My old one would get tangled and not retract properly causing my dog to get tangled in the line and causing me to have to untangle the dog and the leash line (exasperated sigh). I purchased this leash after the old one broke. Now, no tangles so my dog can zip back and forth any-which-way he wants! The leash retracts as its supposed to do even when the line gets twisted. My only regret is that I didn't purchase this leash sooner and pitch the old one. The price is very affordable too.
This is soooo awesome. I can walk my two Westies going in different directions and not getting tangled. I was so impressed, I have gifted them.
