So far, this is an excellent leash, exactly as described. I especially love the wide-ribbon leader -- hate those other string ones that get so tangled. Our dog can be a heavy-duty puller, and this leash helps my hand strength. The button is very easy to use.
Love, love, love this leash. I've purchased 3 of them now. I have a husky that pulls so hard and he has not yet broken one of these (has nearly torn my shoulder out of socket though!). The handle is super comfortable to hold, so much so that I complain if I have to hold a normal leash.The seamless integration of the waste bag holder is by far superior to those holders that dangle from the leash. The flashlight is an added bonus for those middle of the night poop runs. It will fall off if you drop the leash, and I've lost one due to that, but it is still a great feature to have.
I purchased this leash for my dog. Loved the look and the feel. The leash however turns your hands brown. I have only used the leash a handful of times because of this and now this morning the clasp that hooks the leash to the dogs collar broke. It is stuck closed so I cannot attach it to the collar. I am bummed out....expensive leash to break so quickly. Would love to hear back from Lavien.I recently changed my star review because Lavien responded to my comment immediately and sent me a new leash to try out. I haven't yet had the chance to try the leash but I appreciate the great customer service....will keep you posted on the leash! It looks great. Thank you Lavien.
This is a well made door. The insulation around the entrance works well and keeps the cold out. If you have relatively large cat or small dog, this should work well.
It glides smoothly, doesn't jam up like others I have purchased, and the stop retraction feature works well.
THe leash has been a huge problem solver for me. It works great with my two little dogs that contrantly cross back and forth.No more tangled leashes..

I have enjoyed this leash a lot, usually I'm not a big fan of the retractable style as they feel a little too flimsy but this one is great!
Works perfectly. The light really helps when walking the pup at night and having the bag dispenser is also great.

Installed this when I added a screened in room last summer. It's easy to install and my three dogs have been using it since. Highly recommend

Nice little unit. The flashlight and back to Spencer can be removed when not being used. My dog likes it even better than me as he can Run a bit.
