I have a rescue that has never been leash trained. She runs erratically back and forth and in circles. She has tangled two older leads and broken the retractable button. The 360 degree feature and the ribbon lead were attractive selling points. I have used the lead for about a week and 360 degrees is a great feature. It is very sturdy and feels good in the hand.
Just received product, used it once. It feels good in you hand because the loop is big enough to get all four fingers inside creating a comfortable fit. The leash has a smooth operation, cord moves easily when locking / unclocking. LOVE the length. Looking forward to lots of use, and really excited about the warranty.
I like the idea of this but there is something missing on this leash handle that is on the others I use. The others have a button that allows you to either stop or lock. This one only locks. When you have two frisky dogs who are anxious to meet their friends you need to be able to stop, reel in and then lock. This doesn't allow you to do that. Also, the retract on the lines is somewhat balky and sometimes doesn't work, the reel that turns to keep them from entangling is a great idea, you do have to help it sometimes but then mine are 15 and 20 pounds and experts at tangling.
Amazing leash! I have a husky puppy and he's a pretty big boy. As lovely and calm as he is, this leash is still wonderful to let him go a little ahead without worrying about the leash tangling. If I want to keep him close, I just click the lock and he's next to me, Highly recommend. Very sturdy and well made.
Perfectly functional and a joy to use while walking my 8# pooch. I like the design - Bag holder doesn't dangle and the light is VERY handy (3 AAA's have lasted almost 2 months!). In fact, I bought another one for a back-up.
I love this leash. I have a big boxer mix (60lbs) and a 6 month old Shih Tzu/Bichon mix (10lbs). I can comfortably walk them together on this leash. The swivel feature on this leash is great. They can cross each other without getting tangled up.
This has been a terrific find for our beagle puppy! He loves to explore in the bushes but we don't. Having the extra leash length means we are all happy!
Works just as it should. My cat caught on quick. I think he really likes it as he can go in the laundry room to eat and get away from the dogs! Now, I'm just wondering how long it takes the dog to figure out how to use it
