I didn't think I would like this leash but ended up giving it a try. My stubborn dog (basset hound) actually walks better on this leash than the others. I think it's due to the increased flexibility it gives him combined with the consistent tension. It has actually made walking him easier. I have yet to have this leash tangle. The only suggestion I could give is a little loop to hold poop bags would be wonderful. Otherwise for us it's a pretty perfect leash. I would recommend to others.
Took a little getting used to but ole Frank the Cat loves this door. Glad we don't have to keep the basement door cracked open any longer. Easy to install and decent quality. Great item for the price.
With 2 little dogs this works great. Keeps them from tangling up the leash and keeps them together. Not meant for big dogs but for the little ones it's great.
This leash is a life saver for walking my two dogs. Other people have complained about it wearing out or being difficult to manage one dog pulling while the other is going potty. I have had it for months without anything breaking and while you do have to click tension on and off (not just hold down the button), I have no problem snapping one dog off tension to let the other do their business. It's not perfect (I sometimes miss holding down the button instead of having to click it on/off), but it's definitely not bad, and being able to walk both dogs is too good to pass up.
I have 2 cats, one very fat cat (17 or so lbs), and the other normal size (9lbs). They are both able to use this door easily. We lock them downstairs at night due to their lovely tendency to wake up the entire house in the middle of the night. Thankful it has locks on both sides because we started out using only one side and somehow my braniacs got it open. Haven't had any issues since we started using both locks.

Our Golden Retriever takes us for pulls, not walks as he is still a puppy. This leash is the best. So comfortable to hold and really worth the money.
